Updates

First things first, I wanted to make a shout-out to www.omgtheresthree.com! I don't know how she manages three little children so well. I wish I had the patience that she does. Head over to her blog to read more! Back to our family: Lucas and I have decided that we would like to try to expand our family once more, not just by one though. We want twins or triplets. As stupid as this may come off to some people, we believe that it would be an accomplishment for us as a couple. Besides, if we have twins that's one for each of us to hold during feeding time. Ha-ha. In other news, classes officially start up tomorrow for me, with Lucas' classes having started last week. The class I am actually excited for is Fundamentals of Investigation. I have already studied the book and I am clearly in over my head on some of the aspects, but I have faith that I will ace the class. :) #HighSpirits. I also am taking a Film class, which has me excited as well. I looked through the book and found many unique viewpoints on films of today. My favorite was the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Review. I failed to piece together that the movie was loosely portraying my all time favorite serial killer. (Yes I know how bad that sounds, I'm not crazy and DO NOT agree with his actions.) After reading the review I ran to the bookcase and picked up my old book on the killer. I found many similarities, but also differences that put the movie in a bad spot with me. I can not wait to spark up a conversation about this with the professor, granted they are as passionate about it as I. Besides the boring things, we have also been piecing my family tree together today. I found out that I am a great aunt x2. It feels strange considering I am only 18 years old, but it's family and that's what matters. I also discovered that my nephew is older than myself. Imagine going to a family reunion and hugging your nephew whose older than you. Strange. I have been slowly looking into my heredity but everything that I found out today would have taken me years on my own. Well, that's an update. Check back tomorrow for pictures of the sippy-cup and some other surprises. Thanks for reading!
